Frequently Asked Questions

We offer flexible sessions during the day, evenings, and weekends. Most members choose a regular weekly schedule for consistency, but one-off sessions can be arranged in advance depending on staff availability.

We use a thoughtful matching process that considers your personality, interests, and goals to align you with a worker who genuinely suits your vibe. If the match doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll review it together and make any changes needed to ensure you feel comfortable, safe and supported. 

We ask for at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or change a booking. This helps us manage rosters and maintain fairness for both members and staff. We understand that unexpected things can happen, so we’re flexible and will always consider individual circumstances. Our full Cancellation Policy is available upon request

  • Core – Assistance with Social and Community Participation (Category 04) for everyday community access and engagement supports.

  • Capacity Building – Increased Social and Community Participation (Category 09) for mentoring or skill development supports

We include the correct line items and rates in your quote and Service Agreement before supports begin.
