About Us

Where connection meets kindness.

Who we are

Hi, we’re Annalee and Jess. After years working across the disability sector, we noticed a clear gap. Support was being delivered, but often without the thought, energy or creativity that people truly deserve.

The Social Kind was created to change that. We believe disability support should feel meaningful, enjoyable and centred on genuine connection. It should go beyond meeting needs to create moments that matter.

Our outings are built around good vibes, laughter and shared experiences that bring people together. Some days it’s a twist on a favourite activity, other times it’s something completely new. Whatever the plan, we focus on connection, fun and belonging.

We’ve built a space where everyone feels safe, welcomed and free to be themselves. Kindness sits at the heart of everything we do. It shapes how we lead, how we support others and how we build community.

Because the best moments in life aren’t just about what you do. They’re about who you share them with.

What We Value

It’s in our name for a reason. Kindness shapes how we lead, how we support and how we show up for our members, our team and our community.

We believe real connection changes everything. It’s the foundation of every support, every outing and every laugh shared along the way.

We elevate abilities by celebrating strengths, encouraging independence and helping people try new things with confidence.

To us, movement is so important.  It’s about freedom, confidence and connection. It’s as important as it is personal, and however it looks for you, we value it.

Disability support shouldn’t feel routine. We bring creativity, spontaneity and good vibes to everything we do.
