We release our Shared Experiences calendar at least two months in advance so everyone has time to plan ahead. There are usually multiple outings each week, held on weekday evenings and weekends. Extra experiences may be added when great opportunities come up.
Any TSK member with suitable NDIS funding can join. Once your onboarding is complete and your plan includes social and community participation funding, you can take part in as many or as few experiences as you like.
Transport can be included for members depending on funding and location. If transport isn’t part of your support, a meeting location will be advised prior to the day of the event.
We ask for at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or change a booking. This helps us manage rosters and maintain fairness for both members and staff. We understand that unexpected things can happen, so we’re flexible and will always consider individual circumstances. While we’ll always attempt to secure refunds for any pre-booked activities, this cannot be guaranteed. If a refund isn’t available, the cost of the activity will be forfeited.
